Jynn Duckworth is the owner and visionary behind Plush Life Beauty Lounge, a premier salon dedicated to luxury hair care and empowerment. Specializing in Extensions & healthy hair care., Jynn’s passion for the beauty industry began at a young age and evolved into a mission to uplift women and build confidence through her craft.

Jynn started her career as a one-woman team, determined to make her mark in the beauty world. With over 22 years of experience in both styling and education, she has successfully nurtured and trained some of the most talented beauty professionals in Kansas City. Today, Plush Life Beauty Lounge boasts a team of six highly skilled experts specializing in extensions, lash artistry, makeup, braiding, and color, all handpicked and mentored by Jynn herself.

Throughout her career, Jynn has gained recognition for her refined techniques and ability to create a safe, empowering space for clients and beauty pros alike. Her dedication to education led her to launch hair extension classes and beauty pro coaching programs, helping aspiring stylists master their craft and build thriving careers with client in mind.

Jynn’s influence goes beyond the salon. As a Wife and mother of 2 and a mentor and soo much more, she is passionate about creating opportunities for women and like-minded individuals in the beauty industry.
